Tylaska Marine Hardware

Every unit is pull tested and released under several different load conditions before shipping.

Tylaska shackles are machined and constructed in-house in Mystic, CT USA and made to near-military specification. Every single snap shackle is individually tested to half its breaking strength and then released under load. Components are further tested in our salt water environmental chamber to qualify for proper corrosion resistance and to safeguard against iron contamination. Hand buffing and individual inspection of every part makes each shackle almost a piece of jewelry you can be proud to have on your boat.
